Position: Esthetician

As an Esthetician at Marvelous Medspa, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. You will be responsible for providing a range of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. We are looking for individuals who are knowledgeable about skincare products and treatments, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about helping clients achieve beautiful and healthy skin.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of skincare treatments to clients, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
• Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Educate clients on skincare products and homecare routines
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room
• Keep up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• Esthetician license
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their skincare goals

Position: Medical Spa Receptionist

As a Medical Spa Receptionist at Marvelous Medspa, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, organized, and detail-oriented to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and check them in for their appointments
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to confirm their bookings
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and maintaining client records
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of medical spa software
