Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients
- Demonstrate and sell Mary Kay products at beauty parties, events, and one-on-one consultations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product benefits
- Attend training sessions and events to stay up-to-date on Mary Kay products and beauty trends
