Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team at Master Fabricators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining a variety of machines such as CNC mills, lathes, and grinders. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality metal parts according to specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust machines to ensure accurate production
• Monitor machine operations to detect any problems
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to operate a variety of machines, including CNC equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
