Job Title: Perfume Production Manager

Job Description:

As the Perfume Production Manager at Masters Perfumes & Watches, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our high-quality perfumes. You will work closely with our team of perfumers, chemists, and other production staff to ensure that our products meet our standards of excellence. Your role will involve managing production schedules, ensuring quality control procedures are followed, and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of perfumes from start to finish
  • Collaborate with perfumers and chemists to develop new products
  • Ensure quality control procedures are followed throughout the production process
  • Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and targets
  • Train and supervise production staff
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in perfume production or related field
  • Strong knowledge of perfume production processes and techniques
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field (preferred)
