We are Hiring: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description:

• Develop relationships with potential clients to expand our customer base
• Educate clients on the different types of insurance policies available
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients’ needs
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
• Maintain client records and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
• Must have a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one
