As we continue to grow and expand our business, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Chef de Partie

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and a strong background in cooking traditional Indian dishes. Responsibilities will include preparing and cooking dishes according to the restaurant’s standards, maintaining a clean and organized work station, assisting the head chef in creating new menu items, and ensuring food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Food Handler’s Certification is preferred

Position: Server

We are also looking for friendly and customer-focused servers to join our front of house team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing recommendations on menu items.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a server in a restaurant
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and menu items
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
