Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid contractor’s license
