Position: Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at McCauley Lumber. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions about products, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with finding products and making purchase decisions
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Work as part of a team to ensure the success of the store

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of hardware and lumber products a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
