Job Title: Engine Rebuilding & Exchange Technician

Job Description:

As an Engine Rebuilding & Exchange Technician at MCG Lawn Mower & Small Engine Repair, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding small engines, including lawn mowers, chainsaws, and other power equipment. You will work closely with our customers to determine the root cause of engine issues and provide solutions to get their equipment running smoothly again.

Key Responsibilities:

– Diagnose engine problems and determine the best course of action for repair
– Rebuild small engines to factory specifications
– Exchange faulty engine parts with new components
– Test repaired engines to ensure proper functionality
– Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair process
– Keep accurate records of all engine repairs and services performed

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in small engine repair and rebuilding
– Knowledge of engine systems and components
– Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
