Position Available: Workers Compensation Attorney

Are you a passionate and dedicated attorney with experience in Workers Compensation cases? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at McGuire, Frederick. As a Workers Compensation Attorney with our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Workers Compensation cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare and draft legal documents
• Appear in court and represent clients in hearings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workers Compensation law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
