Position: Home Builder

Job Responsibilities:

• Construct new homes according to blueprints and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work site
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home building or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
