Position: Litigation Associate

Location: New York, NY
Job Type: Full-time

At McKool Smith, we are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate to join our New York office. As a Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cases alongside some of the top trial lawyers in the country.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and participate in trial proceedings
• Manage client relationships and case development
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
