Job Title: Storage Facility Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Storage Facility Manager. As the Storage Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our storage facility, ensuring the security and proper maintenance of our clients’ vehicles and boats. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the storage facility operations, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and maintenance
• Ensuring the security and safety of all stored vehicles and boats
• Providing excellent customer service to our clients, including handling inquiries and resolving any issues
• Implementing and maintaining proper inventory management practices
• Working closely with our marketing team to attract new clients and retain existing ones

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in facility or property management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair tasks
