Job Title: Dog Training Specialist

Job Description:

Are you passionate about working with dogs and helping them reach their full potential? Meadowlake Pet Resort is seeking a Dog Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training services to our clients’ pets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing training programs tailored to the individual needs of each dog
• Conducting training sessions in a safe and positive environment
• Teaching basic obedience commands, as well as more advanced skills
• Monitoring progress and adjusting training techniques as needed
• Providing feedback and guidance to pet owners on reinforcing training at home
• Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and progress

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience in dog training or a related field
• A strong understanding of dog behavior and learning principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A genuine love for dogs and a commitment to their well-being
