We are Hiring: Employment Consultant

• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on skills and preferences

• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and job placements
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in healthcare employment regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or healthcare industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting software
