We are currently hiring for the following position:

Home Health Nurse

As a Home Health Nurse at Medi Star, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our patients and their families to develop care plans that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to assess patient’s medical needs and develop care plans
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Provide wound care and monitor patient’s progress
• Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of [insert state]
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in home health or a similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
