Position: Clinic Manager

About the Role:

• As a Clinic Manager at Medident, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our health and welfare clinic.
• You will lead a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
• You will be in charge of managing budgets, scheduling staff, and maintaining compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Position: Medical Assistant

About the Role:

• As a Medical Assistant at Medident, you will work directly with healthcare providers to deliver patient care in our health and welfare clinic.
• You will assist with patient intake, prepare exam rooms, and provide basic medical procedures under the supervision of a physician or nurse.
• You will also perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a medical assistant training program.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
