Position: Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy
• Prepare and analyze samples, interpret results, and report findings to healthcare providers
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of results
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and best practices in laboratory testing

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
