Position: Medical Assistant

As a Medical Assistant at Medtex Houston, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare team and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physicians and nurses with patient care
• Preparing patients for examinations and procedures
• Performing basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering medications
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Providing support to patients and their families

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
• Experience working in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
