Position Available: Crepe Chef

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Crepe Chef to join our team at Melange Creperie. The ideal candidate will have a passion for French cuisine and a creative flair for developing new and exciting crepe recipes. As a Crepe Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of sweet and savory crepes, as well as ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of sweet and savory crepes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards
• Develop new and innovative crepe recipes that showcase unique flavor combinations
• Ensure that each dish is prepared and presented in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline operations and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Crepe Chef in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of French cuisine and traditional crepe-making techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and delicious dishes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
