Position Available: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Mellow Manna, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our recipes and standards. Your attention to detail and culinary skills will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring spices
• Cook dishes accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and best practices
