Job Title: Financial Services Representative

Job Description:

• Assist members with their financial needs, including opening accounts, processing transactions, and providing information on products and services
• Educate members on the benefits of credit union membership and help them achieve their financial goals
• Promote credit union products and services to existing and potential members
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with members
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a financial institution or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
