Memorial Hermann Diagnostic Laboratory – Southwest Medical Plaza 1 is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional diagnostic services to patients in the Houston area. Our team of highly skilled professionals works collaboratively to ensure accurate and timely results for our patients.
We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team in the following position:
Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical laboratory testing, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- MT/MLT certification required
- Prior experience working in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
