Position: Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting
• Triage, assess, and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to create individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Assist in emergency procedures as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas
• BSN preferred
• CPR certification required
• ACLS and PALS certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
