Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all activities related to the operation of health and welfare clinics within Memorial Hermann Healthcare System
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Work closely with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless clinic operations
• Oversee scheduling, registration, and billing processes for clinic patients
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care across the healthcare system
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management or clinic operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Experience with electronic health records systems preferred
