Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care, evaluate patients’ conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Current state licensure as a physical therapist
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
