We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Wound Care to join our team.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Wound Care

Job Responsibilities:

• Assessing, monitoring, and managing wound care patients.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement wound care treatment plans.
• Educating patients and families about wound care techniques and prevention.
• Performing wound care procedures such as dressing changes, debridement, and wound documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in wound care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
