Job Title: Wound Care Nurse

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Wound Care Nurse to join our team at Memorial Hermann Wound Care – Southwest. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wound care management and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for patients with chronic wounds.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and evaluating patients with chronic wounds
• Developing and implementing individualized wound care plans
• Providing wound care treatments, including dressing changes and debridement
• Educating patients and their families on wound care management
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas
• Certification in wound care management (CWCA, CWCN, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
