As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are currently looking to add a talented individual to our team to help us maintain and enhance our Halls, Auditoriums, and Ballrooms.
Position: Facilities Manager
Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club’s Halls, Auditoriums, and Ballrooms
- Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for use
- Manage the scheduling and booking of events, meetings, and functions in the facilities
- Supervise a team of staff members responsible for setup, breakdown, and maintenance of the facilities
- Work closely with the Club Manager and other staff to coordinate logistics for events and ensure a seamless experience for members and guests
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to facility usage and rental agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals utilizing the club’s facilities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities management, event planning, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and cleaning practices
- Customer service-oriented mindset
