Positions Available

At Mercado Estrella, we are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Store Manager

– Oversee daily operations of the store
– Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
– Train and supervise staff
– Create and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

2. Cashier

– Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
– Provide friendly and helpful customer service
– Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
– Assist with bagging groceries and helping customers to their vehicles

3. Stock Clerk

– Receive and unpack merchandise
– Stock shelves and display products
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Assist customers in locating items

4. Deli Clerk

– Serve customers at the deli counter
– Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other deli items
– Maintain deli display cases and ensure freshness of products
– Follow food safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

To be considered for a position at Mercado Estrella, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
