Position: Janitorial Service Technician

As a Janitorial Service Technician at Metroclean Inc, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in commercial and residential spaces. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in janitorial services
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing designated areas
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors
• Restocking supplies such as paper products and cleaning supplies
• Reporting maintenance issues to supervisors

Position: Property Maintenance Worker

As a Property Maintenance Worker at Metroclean Inc, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of buildings and facilities. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in property maintenance
• Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks
• Ability to use hand and power tools
