About Mfa Cafe

Mfa Cafe is a cozy and inviting coffee shop located in the heart of downtown. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers to enjoy their favorite beverages and delicious pastries. Position: Barista

We are currently seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Barista. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with people from all walks of life.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assist with restocking inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
