Position Available: Locksmith Technician

Job Description:

• Provide on-site locksmith services including key cutting, lock installation, and lock repair
• Assist customers with automotive roadside services such as lockouts and key replacements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to keys, locks, and security systems
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete service requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a locksmith technician
• Proficient in key cutting, lock installation, and lock repair
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
