Job Description

As a Credit & Debt Counseling Specialist at Mi Casa Motor Credit, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers understand their financial situation and develop a plan to improve their credit score and reduce debt. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough credit assessments for customers to determine their financial standing
• Creating personalized debt repayment plans tailored to each customer’s needs
• Providing expert advice on credit management and debt consolidation options
• Guiding customers through the process of rebuilding credit and improving their financial literacy

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in credit counseling or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to empathize with customers and provide support in a non-judgmental manner
• Certification in credit counseling is preferred but not required
