Position: Server

As a Server at Mi Tierra Restaurant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that the dining experience is enjoyable for all customers. We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, friendly, and have a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the dining area as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Team player attitude and willingness to help out wherever needed
