Position: Mortgage Loan Officer

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in assisting clients with securing competitive mortgage loan options. Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
• Educate clients on available mortgage loan products and options
• Guide clients through the loan application process, from initial consultation to closing
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure timely loan processing and closing
• Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
• Proven track record of successfully closing mortgage loans
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
