Position: Contract Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and project management, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their manufacturing needs, develop project plans, and oversee the production process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Track and report on key performance indicators
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or project management
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
