We are a bustling cafe and deli located in the heart of the city, known for our delicious sandwiches, salads, and pastries. We are currently hiring for multiple positions in both our deli and restaurant departments.

Job Title: Deli Counter Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other deli items to order
• Stock and maintain deli counter and display cases
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a deli or food service setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Food safety certification is a plus

Job Title: Restaurant Server

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take and serve orders in accordance with company standards
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
• Process payments and operate a POS system

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
