Job Description

As a General Contractor at MIF Contracting, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Your duties will include:

• Estimating project costs and setting budgets
• Scheduling and coordinating project activities
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Inspecting work to ensure quality and safety
• Communicating with clients to provide updates on project progress

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A degree in construction management or a related field
• Previous experience as a General Contractor or Construction Manager
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
