Position: Financial Planning Consultant

Job Description:

As a Financial Planning Consultant at Mike Jepson – Raymond James, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients. Your primary goal will be to help individuals and families create and implement personalized financial plans that align with their short and long-term goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial situation, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to help them achieve financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand clients’ current financial situation.
• Create personalized financial plans that address clients’ goals, including retirement planning, investment strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
• Recommend and implement suitable financial products and services based on clients’ needs and risk tolerance.
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ financial progress regularly, adjusting their plans as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with the most up-to-date financial advice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
