Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in automobile accident cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing automobile accident law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
