Job Title: Accident & Personal Injury Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings and contracts.
• Advise clients on legal matters.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accident and personal injury law.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
