Position: Investment Analyst

Job Description

As an Investment Analyst at Milestone Venture Group, Inc, you will play a key role in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting the investment team in making informed decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, researching market trends, and preparing investment memos to present to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling to assess investment opportunities
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and growth potential
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate and monitor portfolio companies
• Assist in the negotiation and execution of investment transactions
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital is a plus
