Job Title: Surgical Instrument Technician

Job Description:

As a Surgical Instrument Technician at Millar Instruments, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our surgical instruments. You will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing surgical instruments to ensure they meet our strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble surgical instruments according to specifications
• Inspect instruments for defects or imperfections
• Perform quality control testing on instruments
• Record and document all inspection and testing results
• Assist in the development of new instrument designs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control role
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
