Available Positions:

We currently have the following job openings at Mimi’s Cafe:

• Server
• Cook
• Host/Hostess
• Dishwasher
• Food Runner

Job Responsibilities:

Server:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the system.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely fashion.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

Cook:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.

Host/Hostess:

• Greet incoming guests and manage table assignments.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area.
• Communicate effectively with both guests and team members.

Dishwasher:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and organization tasks.
• Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and utensils.
• Work efficiently to support the kitchen team during peak hours.

Food Runner:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area.
• Communicate with servers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
