We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience providing individual and group counseling services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
• Assess clients’ mental health needs and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with clients to set goals and track progress
• Offer support and guidance to clients facing mental health challenges
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
