Job Description

As a Criminal Law Attorney at Mingledorff Law, you will be responsible for representing clients in criminal cases, including but not limited to DUI offenses, drug crimes, and violent crimes. You will collaborate with our team of legal professionals to develop strategies for each case, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court proceedings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients facing criminal charges
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Negotiate plea deals and settlements on behalf of clients
• Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications
