• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
