We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Elementary School Teacher

Are you a passionate educator who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young learners? Do you have a deep understanding of elementary curriculum and pedagogy? If so, we want you to join our team at Mission W Elementary as an Elementary School Teacher. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

2. School Counselor

Do you have a passion for supporting students’ social and emotional well-being? Are you a licensed counselor with experience working with children and adolescents? If so, consider joining our team at Mission W Elementary as a School Counselor. In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling to students, as well as collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success.

• Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field
• Licensed School Counselor
• Experience working in an educational setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

3. Community Outreach Coordinator

Are you passionate about building relationships with community members and organizations? Do you have experience coordinating events and programs that benefit the school and its surrounding community? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Community Outreach Coordinator at Mission W Elementary. In this role, you will work closely with school leadership to develop partnerships, coordinate events, and engage parents and community members in the school’s mission.

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Development or related field
• Experience in community outreach or event planning
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
