Job Description

As a Recruiter at MJ Morgan Group, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract the best candidates. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people find their dream job.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills and experience
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on feedback
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
